I went on a family Christmas vacation to Bryce Canyon National Park to photograph the beautiful (and world’s most famous) hoodoos, and I documented the stories and my thought process behind the photos I took. On the way from California, we also enjoyed exploring Zion National Park and Las Vegas.

I photographed the 2024 total solar eclipse in Hugo, Oklahoma alongside my family. I had been planning for months to find the perfect spot in Texas to view the eclipse; however, our plans changed as we tried to find clear skies to view totality. In the end, I would not change our experience for anything.

I visited Capitol Reef National Park in Utah with my dad to photograph the 2023 Annular Solar Eclipse. I share the behind the scenes of how I planned for the solar eclipse and my experience witnessing this cool celestial event.
